In today’s Wednesday feature we are sharing a fun and different kind of recipe for granola filled cupcakes using Kip’s granola bark. Allergy friendly, vegan, and gluten free.
You can make these using your choice of mixes. Kip’s granola bark is currently available in two flavors, cinnamon crunch and cocoa crunch. We are big fans of Kip’s, my daughter and I love their granola bark in the afternoon and sometimes top it with our favorite no-nut butter!
The first step to making these is to gather all your ingredients. You’ll need a cupcake corer to make these and you’ll want to prepare our cake mix(es) making them cupcakes as per the label on the package.
Next crush up the granola bark into crumbles.
After the cupcakes have cooled use the corer to remove a small portion of the center of each cupcake and replace with your choice of the crushed granola bark.
If you’re making both kinds do the same for each:
Make the frosting per the label and top each cupcake with a portion of granola bark.
Sprinkle with cinnamon or cocoa powder if you’d like!
These are top 8 allergen free, gluten free, and vegan! My family all loved these and they thought they were a great spin on our mixes.
