Ingredients Needed:

Supplies Needed:

  • Bowl
  • Stovetop + double broiler or microwave
  • Measuring Cup
  • Baking sheet pan
  • Wax paper or silicone baking mat

Directions:

  1. Place wax paper on a baking sheet and set aside.
  2. Pop popcorn in your preferred method. Removed any unpopped kernels and place into large bowl and set aside.
  3. Melt the white chocolate chips in a double boiler or in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave. If melting in the microwave, heat it for one minute and stir. Continue heating at 20 second intervals to avoid burning the chocolate.
  4. Once the chocolate is melted, add the dry cake mix to it and stir. Pour over the popcorn and stir to coat.
  5. Add the sprinkles into the bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed.
  6. Place popcorn on the baking sheet and top with additional sprinkles
  7. Let set for at about 10-15 minutes and then break apart into small clusters. Serve and enjoy!
  8. Store remainder in an airtight container.
