Baking Squad Feature - Laura

❤️ About: I’m Laura, a food blogger + photographer who has grown up with severe asthma and allergies. I have over 70 food allergies so I know all too well the challenge to stay safe and eat deliciously! My site, Living Beyond Allergies, was created to not only share the recipes and life lessons I’ve learned through my 30+ years but also to help others out there like me know that you aren’t alone.

❤️ Favorite holiday tradition with your family: Cookie Day is hands down my favorite holiday tradition in my family! Every year, a few weeks before Christmas, my grandmothers, aunts, cousins, and my immediate family would all gather to bake cookies for the holiday and new year. I think the most we ever baked was around 900 cookies in one day!!

❤️ Goals for 2021: To continue to expand what my site can do to help people. Several mini cook books are in the works, as well as a YouTube channel for cooking and lifestyle, and continuing to make delicious foods, as always!

❤️ Favorite thing about Kate’s Safe and Sweet: Hands down I love knowing that this company is safe and I don’t have to worry that there is a hidden ingredient under a secret name I need to worry about and avoid. My peace of mind while baking is priceless! Second, how amazingly delicious and convenient Kate’s mixes are to make. In less than 5 minutes I can have a cake in the oven. That’s pretty cool for someone used to making everything from scratch!
