Over the past seven+ years of managing food allergies, snacks always seemed to be a struggle for us. They were just one of those things that I never gave much thought to until our tummies were grumbling and it was actually time to have a snack, then I would be stumped on what to actually serve.

All of the recipes in this recipe book are top 8 allergen free, gluten free, and vegan – some are no-bake and super simple, while others require a little more time in the kitchen. They are all free of wheat, gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy. (A couple of the recipes call for coconut which is optional in those.)
These allergy and celiac-friendly snacks can be enjoyed as a tasty treat at school, at home or on-the-go.
