A fudgey skillet brownie that is made with our brownie mix makes for a quick dessert for you and your family! Eat it warm from the oven topped with ice cream and chocolate chips- add some chocolate ganache or syrup atop too for an extra sweet and special treat.
This a simple and delicious top 14 allergen free, gluten free and vegan recipe! You’ll need our new double chocolate brownie mix and a skillet pan. Our brownie mix requires just oil and water to bake.
The first step to making these is to gather all your ingredients and supplies.
The Perfect Skillet Brownies
Tools Needed:
- Mixing bowl
- Spatula
- Measuring cup
- Skillet baking pan
- Non-stick cooking spray
Brownie Mix Ingredients Needed:
- Kate’s Safe & Sweet Double Chocolate Brownie Mix
- 1/3 cup of your Safe Oil
- 2/3 cup of water
- Additional semi-sweet mini chocolate chips for topping (optional!)
Brownie Mix Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly spray the sides and bottom of the skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, blend the brownie mix, water, and oil together until smooth. Scrape the sides of the bowl as needed.
- Spread batter evenly into prepared pan. Note: batter will be thick.
- Bake on middle rack for 28-31 minutes until toothpick inserted 2 inches from edge comes out clean.
- Remove pan from oven and place on a wire rack.
If you would like to eat this warm, then top with your favorite ice cream and chocolate sauce if you’d like.
Cut onto plates or pass the spoons around the table and dig in!
Add fresh raspberries on top for an extra special treat!
